By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing services through Clean Slate Milwaukee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Clean Slate Milwaukee, a project of Second Chance Staffing Services Inc. (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit), and/or Second Chances Staffing LLC.

Welcome to Clean Slate Milwaukee. By using this website, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Clean Slate Milwaukee and Second Chances Staffing LLC are not law firms and do not offer legal advice or legal representation. Our services are strictly limited to informational guidance, coaching, and administrative support related to state and federal pardon and expungement application processes.

We provide coaching and support services for:

• Pardons (State and Federal): Application guidance, document review, and preparation support.
   
• Expungements (State only): Eligibility review and application preparation assistance.
   

Important: Final decisions regarding pardons, expungements, or clemency rest solely with the appropriate courts, state pardon boards, governors, or the President of the United States. We do not and cannot guarantee outcomes.
 

For Pardons:

• You must have fully completed your sentence, including incarceration, parole, or probation.
   
• You must meet any required waiting period (e.g., 5 years post-completion for federal cases).
   
• You must have no pending charges.
   
• You must not be a registered sex offender (in applicable states).
   

For Expungements:

• You must have completed all sentencing conditions, including paying fines or restitution.
   
• You must meet state-mandated eligibility rules, waiting periods, and offense classifications.
   
• You must have no new convictions during the applicable period.
   

Eligibility is reviewed during the initial consultation. Final determinations are made by the appropriate legal authorities, not by Clean Slate Milwaukee.

All services begin with a required consultation.

• A $100 deposit is required to book.
   
• This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your total service fee if you move forward.
   
• If you do not proceed or are deemed ineligible, the deposit covers the time and review provided.
   

• Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
   

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
   
• Services are non-taxable.
   
• The $100 consultation deposit is paid online via credit card or PayPal.
   
• Remaining balances can be paid via credit card, PayPal, or—if agreed in advance—cash.
   

Clients agree to:

• Review their own records for accuracy and understand eligibility guidelines.
   
• Submit their own applications unless otherwise outlined in a signed service agreement.
   
• Meet all deadlines, court obligations, and follow through with required actions.
   

Clean Slate Milwaukee is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the client’s failure to provide accurate or timely information.
 

We do not and cannot guarantee that your pardon or expungement application will be approved. All outcomes are at the discretion of legal and governmental decision-makers.

We respect your privacy. All personal data you provide will be used solely to deliver services and communicate with you. We:

• Use industry-standard encryption and secure storage
   
• Do not sell or share data with unauthorized parties
   
• Will notify you of any breach in compliance with Wis. Stat. § 134.98
   

By using our services, you consent to the use of your data as described.

• Application outcomes
   
• Delays, missed deadlines, or errors caused by client action or inaction
   
• Policy or legal changes that affect service eligibility
